We process all orders from a single event once it ends. Then the items are sent from the brand/manufacturer to our fulfillment center where they process and ship your order. Typically, the ship window is anywhere between 7 to 14 days.
We are unable to process any exchange requests as our events are limited in time and inventory. We can only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. For additional information, please refer to our full return policy below.
Items are eligible for
return within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your
purchase, unfortunately, we can’t process your return.
To be eligible for a
return, we require that the item is purchased from the TLWL website.
Additionally, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging
with tags and/or stickers still attached (if applicable).
Several types of goods
are exempt from being returned. If your item will not be accepted for return if
they fall within any of the categories below.
goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
intimate or sanitary goods
materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

· Downloadable software products
· Some health and personal care
· Beauty products
· Personalized Items
· Any item(s) returned after 30 days from the
· CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game,
cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
If your item meets the criteria for return, please email us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization ("RA") number and a return label.
We do our best to process your refund as soon as your return is received and processed. Once your return item is
received and inspected, a notification email will be sent to you with approval
or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your
refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process, as processing times vary between card issuers. If after 14 days you still have not received your refund or do not see it posted on your billing statement, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE that we do not refund any
shipping charges that were paid, and also a return shipping charge will be
deducted from your refund total.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Any item that was
purchased as a FINAL SALE is not eligible for return or refund. Final Sale
items are visibly noted on the individual product pages.
We are unable to process

events, please understand that we may not be able to replace it with the exact

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN To return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization number ("RA") and a return shipping label (if eligible). Packages returned without a Return Authorization number will be
refused. TLWL is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
